Job Description Job Description Company Description Nurse Manager – Emergency Services (Freestanding ED) Mount Dora, FL Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM On-Call: Required | Responsible for 24/7 operations Salary Range: Min: $95,000 Mid: $107,000 (~10 years of experience) Max: $114,000 (15 years of experience) Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Job Description Overview A freestanding emergency department (FSED) in Lake County, Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Emergency Services to oversee clinical operations, staffing, and quality outcomes. This leadership role manages an 11-bed FSED with low daily volume (~22 patients/day) , private rooms, on-site imaging, and a resuscitation room. The ideal candidate is a self-directed emergency nursing leader with strong clinical judgment, operational discipline, and experience managing autonomous emergency settings.
