Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Melbourne, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,837 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year minimum required License: Florida State or compact license required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience - Patient Ratio Experience - Charting System Experience Description: Holiday and weekend requirements apply. There is no call. During hurricane season, staff will be required to work pre and post storm. Staff will be the first to float if needed. Floating is required to all four facilities. Upcoming holidays include Memorial Day and 4th of July, and staff must work one of these holidays. Weekend requirement is every other weekend or a total of six weekend shifts per six-week period, as determined by unit needs. Patient ratios are 1:2. Experience in Neuro ICU and SICU is preferred. Experience with ICP monitoring, post neurosurgery management, and cardiac surgery is essential. Skills in managing patients with multiple organ dysfunction/failure and utilizing ECMO are required. Care of ventilated patients, management of dysrhythmias, and familiarity with titrating cardiac drips are necessary. Experience with arterial line management and central line care is also essential. The unit provides interdisciplinary support including respiratory services and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses include diabetes, hypertension, pneumonia, sepsis, and cardiac arrest. Candidates must comply with flu vaccine requirements, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
