HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is looking for a dedicated RN
Coordinator Operating Room Board Runner to join our dynamic weekend
team. Located in the thriving community of Brandon, Florida, our
hospital is renowned for its exceptional patient care standards and
innovative medical practices, particularly in emergency care,
orthopedic surgery, and cardiology. This role is designed for a
skilled RN who excels in fast-paced environments and is committed
to facilitating efficient and effective surgical services during
weekend operations. Coordinate and manage the operating room
schedule to ensure timely surgical procedures. Oversee the
operating room staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and
health regulations. Communicate effectively with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate
operating room activities. Manage emergency changes to the surgery
schedule and resolve conflicts efficiently. Provide high-quality
nursing care and supervise compliance with safety standards during
surgery. Maintain accurate documentation of operations and patient
interactions. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in managing
operating room environments Adept at conflict resolution and
problem-solving Ability to work effectively under pressure Medical

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
BLS/ACLS Certification CNOR certification preferred
