Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist experienced with pediatric imaging, working nights in a pediatric hospital setting. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a pediatric hospital within the diagnostic radiology unit - Responsible for imaging pediatric inpatients and outpatients, as well as portable, OR, fluoroscopy, and trauma cases - Utilize equipment including portable X-ray units, C-arms, and general radiography systems - Night shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, four 10-hour shifts per week - Duties include portable, OR, and trauma imaging, as well as fluoroscopy for pediatric populations - Candidates with strong backgrounds in children's hospital radiography are preferred - Local candidates are accepted at the same rate, except where specific facility rules apply - Scrub and dress code requirements will be provided by the facility /n /n Requirements/n - Completion of a Radiography program from an AMA-accredited school - Active Florida State Radiography License (license required if applicable) - ARRT registration required - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association - Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiography - Pediatric imaging experience required, with prior experience in a children's hospital preferred - Experience in facilities with 500 bed count preferred /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-660244.
