Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, call is limited and divided equally amongst physicians and APRNs & PAs. Our facilities offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Dentistry, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Extended Hours Care Center, Pain Management, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome! Position Details - 8-11Patients per day - Outpatient only - Flexible 40-hour work week - Limited call 1/6 Requirements - MD / DO - BC / BE Compensation Details - Generous Base Salary - Bonus Opportunities - Exceptional Benefits including PTO, CME - Licenses, Fees, Dues paid - Up to 4% Match 401K after 12 months - Relocation Assistance
