Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Bradenton, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,191 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years acute care operating room experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district required Certifications: PALS, BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required. BSN highly desired. Description: The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures. They manage department admissions to the operative suite. The nurse adheres to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques. They consult and coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and members of the operating team. Prepares the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure. Assembles equipment and supplies, ensuring equipment is functional and supplies/implants are available. Call is required with a 30-minute response time.
