The unit features a capacity of 24 beds. There are 17 staff members working in the department. The staff is composed entirely of full-time day shift members. Patient ratios typically range from 4 to 5 patients per therapist. The department is equipped with standard inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment. The electronic medical record system is typical for the industry. Candidates must possess the requisite skills to be considered for the role. Acute care experience is a preferred asset. Candidates should be flexible and able to work well within a team. Therapists will rotate on one weekend per month, with comp days before and after the weekend.
