Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Lakeland, FL Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $200,000 to $250,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Type Full-Time | Permanent Outpatient Clinical Practice Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality-driven outcomes, and continuity of care while supporting organizational growth and value-based initiatives. You will work closely with the Practice Administrator, Case Manager, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients Accurately document patient encounters in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with Medical Assistants and clinical teams to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate care with interdisciplinary medical staff to optimize patient outcomes Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of medical practice Participate in quality assurance programs and clinical improvement initiatives Support special medical projects and on-site services as needed Maintain professional development and active clinical affiliations Preferred Qualifications 2 years of outpatient clinical experience Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care models Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and coverage Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment Proficiency with EHR systems (Athena EMR experience preferred) Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching CME: 4 paid days $3,500 annually Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture Requirements Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Geriatric Medicine Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license Active, unrestricted DEA license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Benefits Benefits ??
