Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Local Contract NOW HIRING Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a minimum of 1 year recent hospice or home health experience! These are in-home or Facility per diem positions for a nationally recognized hospice company in the following FL Counties: Polk, Highlands, Hardee.
