Growing radiology practice in the Lakeland, Florida area is seeking a physician assistant to join their growing team! Ideal candidates will have a background working in radiology, however candidates with experience in surgery, emergency medicine, critical care, etc. are also strongly encouraged to apply and the group is very willing to train!Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday schedule and work with a tight-knit team, all while performing hands-on procedures and working in the emerging field of interventional radiology.Please see below for more information, or message cody@lylestaffing.com with any questions.*Responsibilities:** Full-time permanent position - Interventional Radiology* Monday-Friday schedule* 8 AM to 5 PM* No call, no nights, no weekends* Perform breast and thyroid biopsies, post-biopsy dressing, wound care, and patient emergency situations* Perform additional procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, PICC lines, etc.* Supervise and interpret DEXA scans for osteoporosis* Take an active role in patient and family education, communication between referring physicians and patient families*Qualifications:** Florida Physician Assistant License* BLS/ACLS Certified* Strong interpersonal skills* Experience performing hands-on procedures*Benefits:** Highly competitive base salary* 401(k)* PTO and paid holidays* Health insurance - medical, dental, and vision* CME allowance* Malpractice insuranceINDPJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:* Lakeland, FL (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Lakeland, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
