AdventHealth Sebring is seeking a dynamic experienced BC/BE Pulmonology/Critical Care physician to provide care in both the in and outpatient settings. This will be an employed position with AdventHealth joining a dynamic, hardworking physician and an APRN with excellent support staff.Responsibilities include:

• ICU coverage in open ICUs
• EBUS and Bronchoscopy offered in the hospital
• ER back up call is 10 days a month
• Facilitating consults
• Managing clinic
• Provide appropriate oversight and clinical teaching of medical students, family medicine residents and other learners.A motivation to increase patient safety and elevate patient satisfaction, along with dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth, are required.
  
  
  • Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible within five years of completion residency or fellowship
  • Daily, high volume schedule of outpatient and inpatient care
  • Practice all aspects of pulmonology and critical care medicine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to foster and build collegial relationships with community-based physicians
  • The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth
  • Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
