Unlock your potential at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital!Job Summary and QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) - Administrative House Supervisor As a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrative House Supervisor, you will supervise all assigned hospital staff and facility operations under the direction of and or in the absence of administrative and department leaders. You will primarily work during off shifts, weekends, and holidays. Tasks and responsibilities, you will:
  • Coordinate staffing based on facility need and call outs
  • Facilitate patient flow and bed management as needed
  • Attend emergency events and provide staff support
  • Act as the administrative liaison of the facility to physicians, patients, and families
  • Assist with employee health issues
  • Assist with patient transfers, media inquiries, and complex issues
  • Enforce policy and procedures as needed Position Qualifications:
    • Current RN License in the State of Florida
    • Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
    • Current BLS certification or obtained during the first week of orientation ACLS within 12 months
    • At least 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care facility. Critical care experience preferred
