The role you'll contribute:

The RN is responsible for the coordination of patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process in accordance with the Hospital's Mission, physician and patient expectations.

* Performs assessments and determines the total nursing needs of assigned patients
* Formulates a goal directed plan of care and develops appropriate nursing diagnosis based on needs specific to the standard of care and updates according to policy.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum Qualifications :

* Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor degree in Nursing
* Basic Life Support certification
* Current Registered Nurse License in State of Florida
* Basic RN Nursing Skills
* Computer literacy
* Interpersonal Skills
* Medical Terminology
* Organizational Skills
* Telephone Etiquette
* Fluent in English Language, speaking, reading, writing
* Basic Telemetry (PACU)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous Surgery Experience
* Circulating Skills
* Scrub Skills
* AORN Standards
* Previous Operating Room Experience
* Previous Endoscopy Experience
* CNOR
