Salary: $68,000 to $75,000 annuallySign-on bonus: $1,500
**Shift may be either 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Manager of Licensed Clinical Services is responsible for
supporting and delivery of high-quality programming in accordance
with contract specifications, licensing regulation, State and
Federal rule by reviewing all aspects of program delivery.
- Develops a fidelity-maintenance plan for evidence-based and
promising practice delinquency interventions and conducts, or
schedules, training in accordance with contract requirements. The
Incumbent ensures fidelity to the evidence-based and promising
practice, develops and implements successful corrective action
plans, and collaborates with the evidence-based or promising
practice program developers to ensure the successful and
appropriate delivery of the curricula as well as other Eckerd
Connect programs, as it relates to mental health and substance
abuse treatment services.
- Monitors operations and training analysis functions. The
incumbent is responsible for verifying staff adheres to prescribed
plans and the environment is conducive to learning for all
participants. Incumbent also ensures participants are provided with
the supervision and guidance necessary to successfully complete the
program curriculum.
- Review for accuracy participant records for each program as
required by the funding source and licensing entity. This includes
but is not limited to assessments, progress notes, treatment
records, reports and other program related information, as
required.Qualifications
- MS/MA/MSW degree required, LMHC or LCSW licensure
required.
- Minimum of One (1) year of professional experience working with
an at-risk population or delinquent youth.
- Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects Auto
Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes. Must have and
maintain an appropriate and valid state driver's license.*This job

Connects' Strive Academy is a day-treatment program serving teens
between the ages of 12 through 19 who have been placed on
probation, post commitment probation, conditional release or
minimum risk commitment by the court and who are assessed as
moderate-high or a high risk to re-offend. Eckerd Connects
partnered with the Local County School District of Polk County
Florida to serve as a DJJ Alternative School. This school model
offers an array of services and interventions tools that are
designed to help youth build needed skills to successfully and
