*Responsibilities Include:*

The MDS Nurse duties include maximizing case mix, documentation, review records, and work with staff.

*Qualifications:*

- Associates degree or greater from an accredited college

- Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate

- LTC/SNF experience preferred

- PDPM experience a plus
