Endocrinology opening in Winter Haven, Florida. A large health system located in Central Florida is seeking a full-time, permanent Endocrinologist to join one of their clinics!

The Endocrinologist Job Description and Details:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Clinic based
• Monday through Friday
• Roughly 100 patients per month

• Provide out-patient comprehensive adult primary care services including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services to clinical staff and outside specialists who see patients. In the event hospitalization is required will refer to hospitalist at local hospital and will monitor care upon discharge.
  The Endocrinologist Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Residency trained Physician
  • Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Licensure: Florida License
  • DEA Certificate
  • Insurability (malpractice)
  • Medical staff privileges at appropriate hospital if designated
  • BLS certification
  • Preferable to have experience within related field The Florida Location:
    • Centralized between 2 major cities Tampa and Orlando only within an hour drive
    • Mostly flatland with significant amounts of open space and over 1,500 lakes and ponds. There is a mixture of wetlands, Cypress, Oak, Maple and Pine forests, pastures, prairies and coastline
