Schedule: -Full Time, Night Shift plus call. - 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Four 10-hour shifts. - NO CALL. The community you'll be caring for:

  • 2 hours to just about any beach on either Coast The role you'll contribute: The RN is responsible for the coordination of patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process in accordance with the Hospital's Mission, physician and patient expectations. The value you'll bring to the team:
    • Performs assessments and determines the total nursing needs of assigned patients.
    • Assesses patient/family needs in relation to presenting problem, care needs, physical condition and learning needs.
    • Performs head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy.
    • Identifies problems and or/or nursing diagnosis and plans for nursing interventions.
    • Anticipates patient care problems and initiates corrective actions. QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
      • Previous Surgery Experience (preferred)
      • Circulating Skills (preferred)
      • Scrub Skills (preferred)
      • AORN Standards (preferred)
      • Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor degree in Nursing
      • Previous Operating Room Experience (preferred)
      • Previous Endoscopy Experience (preferred)
      • Current Registered Nurse License in State of Florida
      • BLS upon employment
      • ACLS within 90 days of employment
