Our affiliate, Florida Women's Care, is looking for an Obstetrics
and Gynecology Physician to join their Women's Health Care Center
in Sebring, FL. Join a compassionate group who provide a team
approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on
making the patient experience in our office individualized and

About the Practice:
The practice is growing and consists of 2 OB/GYN Physicians as well
as 3 Nurse Practitioners for support. The 2 physicians currently in
the practice have extensive experience are very established in
Sebring, FL. Deliveries are performed at AdventHealth Sebring
Hospital with some GYN surgeries being performed at Highlands
Regional Medical Center. This is a great opportunity for someone
who wants to join a practice with great mentorship and the ability
to help a growing practice increase their patient population even
further.
Practice Highlights:
Join a small but growing practice that will allow you to hit the
ground running with an established patient population and strong
Mid-Level provider support
About 2.5 days in clinic and other time spent in the hospital and
operating room
Average patient census-35-45
Great mentorship opportunity for resident physicians
Supporting 1 office and 2 hospitals
Some teaching opportunities available
4 weeks of vacation
Partnership eligibility after 2-3 years
Earning potential $400K-$500K with partnership
