This position involves providing personal and small group training in Village Health & Rehab, guiding residents and team members in the safe and proper use of fitness equipment, and ensuring best practices in exercise technique. You will collaborate with departments such as Culinary Services, Lifestyles, Resident Services, Spiritual Ministries, and the Therapy and Rehabilitation Team to deliver a comprehensive, wellness-focused experience. Key responsibilities also include safeguarding resident confidentiality, tracking wellness progress, and contributing to the creation of educational programs that support physical, emotional, and spiritual health.--The ideal candidate is highly motivated and skilled at inspiring and encouraging others.Schedule:--This is a full-time position, M-F, with daytime hours.
