Customer Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a thought leader in customer experience and retention for
BYOD programs
Ideate and develop new ways to engage with customers for improved
retention outcomes
Build and lead a team focused on driving end-customer experience
and retention
Required Qualifications:
6-8 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on email
automation and customer engagement
Strong managerial or project management experience
Robust knowledge of marketing technology landscape and tools
An eye for details and ability to focus on multiple projects
simultaneously
Passion for learning and implementing new marketing tools and
products
