Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Contracting and Growth
for a leading ABA healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with in-network funding
sources
Negotiate and implement contracts with insurance providers, school
districts, and state departments of health
Oversee expansion into new states, real estate leasing, and
acquisition due diligence
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance,
or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in contract review, negotiation, and
implementation
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems, coding
principles, and billing regulations
Experience with project management, workflow management, and EMR
systems in healthcare industry
Eligible to work in the United States
