As a permanent member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of tax planning and compliance for our esteemed clients. Tax Planning: Develop and implement effective tax strategies for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Review complex tax returns and provide guidance to tax accountants.3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize tax benefits.5. Research and Analysis: Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and potential risks for clients.6. CPA Certification: Possess an active CPA license, demonstrating a deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements.2. Extensive Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on individual and corporate tax returns. Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and leading a team.3. Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite. Experience with tax research tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.4. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.5.
