Collision Center ManagerThe LowPaymentKings.com Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our team of technicians and administrative staff. If you are an experienced Collision Center Manager looking for a new opportunity, or an assistant Ready To Be The Manager, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the collision repair industry and a proven track record of growth.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision centerManage and train a team of technicians and administrative staffEnsure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and in a timely mannerEstablish and maintain relationships with insurance companies and clientsMonitor and control costs to ensure profitabilityContinuously improve operations and processesQualifications:

3+ years of experience in the collision repair industryStrong leadership should have -integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude.Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyI-CAR certifications preferredWe offer a competitive salary, paid training and benefits package.
