ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Must have reliable transportation
• ServeSafe manager certification preferred
• 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet Culver's standards.
• Demonstrates and maintains a positive attitude among team members.
• Demonstrates proficiency and excels at all restaurant positions.
• Demonstrates positive and effective role modeling for all team members through appearance and attitude.
• Follows restaurant policies and procedures consistently.
• Sees the 'big picture'
