Job DescriptionWe adding to our growing team a Plant Manager Trainee for our plant in Mulberry, Florida. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing both a production facility and a team, be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes, and have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.ResponsibilitiesOversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, and stockAnalyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvementsExamine processes and design plans to effectively use available resourcesMaintain a clean and safe workplaceAnalyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvementsEnsure adherence to rules and workplace policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant fields preferredStrong communication, management, and supervisory skillsExperience in plant management and manufacturing operations5+ years of working experience in a relevant field (examples: manufacturing, management, production, engineering)You should be proficient in:

• High-level Operations Analysis
• Budgeting / Forecasting Experience
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
