Our goal is to make the legal cannabis industry safer and more transparent for everyone.About the RoleThe Head of Product Management is primarily responsible for the strategy and execution of all technology product-related activities. Establishes a product vision, product innovation, product development, product design, and building a product organization. The Head of Product Management leads and facilitates initiatives across the entire product lifecycle from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery. • Manage all elements of Product Pricing and Service feature sets

• Structuring the product organization
• Interviewing, recruiting, and supervising product employees and team
• Additional duties as otherwise assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads efforts to develop business processes and policies for the operational business units that promote the company's strategic plan, corporate culture, and performance objectives
  • Works with ELT, SLT, and Operational leadership to develop OKR and KPIs that drive growth while also improving customer and employee and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identifies and addresses performance issues that require corrective actions to include the development of A-3s rising from SLT activities
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems..
    
    Requirements:
    QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A high degree of professionalism and business acumen
    • Record of accountability, innovation, and excellent customer service.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • In Lakeland office preferred with flexible hybrid days
