Department: Human Resources Location: Lakeland, FL Overview The Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits will support the growth of Saddle Creek through design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and practices and ensure alignment with Company goals and objectives. Provides hands-on participation and support. Responsibilities * Responsible for leading teams in execution of compensation and benefits programs * Recommend, implement, and support new and existing employee benefits programs * Maintains relationships with vendors, brokers and consultants to assess programs and market trends, makes recommendations to senior leadership for review. * Review compensation practices and suggest strategy and continuous improvements * Proactively reviews market data to identify compensation trends, best practices, and develops strategies to support employer of choice initiatives. * Facilitate integration of compensation practices with performance management processes * Review and refine job evaluations, benchmarking against relevant data, to ensure market-competitive and internally equitable total compensation levels are established * Utilize HR system to audit, identify, and resolve potential HR and compensation related issues. * Lead team on review of hourly wage practices to ensure hourly wages are market-competitive. Qualifications Education/Experience * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. * At least 5-10 years of experience in robust benefits and compensation; including 3 years in a supervisory capacity. * Workday experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to consult with, manage and influence senior leadership verbally and in writing. * A technical mindset, including analysis, math and statistics skills, and report writing. * Strong detail-orientation with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture and create broad-based solutions. * Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality of information. * Effective relationship manager with colleagues, subordinates and 3rd parties. #LI-DD1
