Job descriptionPosition: Field Marketing ManagerReports to: Marketing DirectorLocation: Texas or Florida
What youll do.As the Field Marketing Manager, you play an essential role in leading the development and execution of Elenitas field marketing initiatives including events, donations, and tasting programs. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to identify on-brand events and programs to attend/sponsor that results in impactful awareness and customer acquisition.
Field Marketing- Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer markets, and competitors to recognize challenges and opportunities- Forecast, track, and report on field marketing budget and ROI- Maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs across all field marketing initiatives, including tastings- Accurately forecast product needs for events and sample programs and coordinate timely production and delivery with Operations, Sales, and/or Distributor- Manage and coordinate schedules with brand ambassadors- Execute identified goals for retail and on-premise activationsCross Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with Associate Marketing Manager to involve social media and/or influencers surrounding field marketing events- Manage relationships with third party field marketing agencies- Coordinate with Marketing Director and Associate Marketing Manager on materials needed for all field activations

• As a project manager, prioritizing and completing projects from start to finish comes as second nature to you.
• You approach each project with a no task too big or too small mentality and never settle for just ok.
• You embrace the start-up team mentality of wearing many hats and are always willing to broaden your horizons by learning new skills.
• You are a strong communicator who isnt afraid to speak up when somethings working or when its not to internal teams.
• You are driven by lively conversation and enjoy working with others just as much (or more than) you like working solo.
• You strive to bring positive energy to the team around you and are happy to lend a hand to a fellow coworker, regardless of job description.
  What You Need.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in field marketing management in a fast-paced environment
  • CPG experience is strongly desired
  • Alcohol brand or startup experience a plus
  • Budget management
  • Agency management
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Contract negotiations and management required
