Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and pipeline building of top talent for the organization, working closely with local HR teams on their recruitment needs. This role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources for Dometic-Marine.

Main Responsibilities
Develop programs for future talent, such as college recruiting, internship, and mentor programs.
Oversee the recruitment process on technical and leadership roles. Including pre-screening, interviewing, assisting in presentation and negotiation for offers of employment, pre-employment testing, and relocation process in compliance with company policy and governmental regulations.
Review employment applications and resumes for work history, education and training, job skills, compensation, and other qualifications necessary for positions.
Record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, assessment results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants.
Review job requisitions and match applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized searches.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and other requirements as necessary.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations; maintaining rapport.
Work with human resources and managers on the development or improvement of job descriptions and salary structures/wages to ensure job descriptions and roles are an accurate reflection of responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsible for all metrics and reporting for recruitment.
Participate in ongoing recruiting initiatives including college recruiting, online systems, etc. as needed; propose and implement new solutions.
Perform other HR and recruitment duties and/or projects as assigned.
Travel to different Dometic facilities as required within North America.

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications and Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor's Degree in either Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related degree required.
CPHR/SHRM-SCP designation or equivalent an asset.
Minimum of 5-7 years active recruitment experience; specifically focusing on technical roles within Canada and the USA. Experience as a fulltime internal recruiter or recruiter within recruitment agencies an asset.
In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods.
Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
Extensive knowledge of state, provincial and federal laws regarding employment practices.
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office and other related business programs required.
