Parker + Lynch is searching for a 100% Remote SEC Reporting Manager
for our client based in Florida. The SEC Reporting Manager works
closely with accounting and finance leaders and teams to assume
full responsibility for all required SEC filings. This role manages
the preparation of financial reporting, documents and statements
and the distribution of such documents to the appropriate internal
teams and external partners. statements. To ensure compliance with
all SEC regulations and internal financial reporting, the SEC
manager implements current best practices in literature and

Prepare and manage all aspects of 10-K, 10-Q, press releases, and
other SEC filings.
Review all regulatory reports and prepare the annual report and

Prepare all required Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) documentation relating to
the accounting department.
Assist in the management of the organization's external audit
Assist with the oversight of monthly, quarterly, and year-end
closing and consolidation processes.
Review the quarterly tax provision.
Research, analyze and implement accounting literature (FASB, EITF,
SEC, etc.) to the drafting of management's position.
Collaborate and communicate effectively and regularly with senior
leadership, accounting and finance, internal teams, external
regulatory agencies, external accountants, investor relations, and
internal & outside counsel.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field from a four-year
university. Master's degree in accounting or related field is
- CPA Certification.
- A minimum of 7 years related experience in accounting and SEC
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance
- Experience with NetSuite and Demonstrate intermediate to advanced
skills in Excel by effectively analyze data using pivot tables,
macros, VLOOKUP's, HLOOKUPs, etc.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SEC reporting and regulatory
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of GAAP, especially surrounding
- Show a deep understanding of SOX requirements and knowledge of
the accounting for stock options.
- Display strong oral and written communication skills and be able
to build trusted, collaborative relationships across distributed
internal teams and external partners in a primarily remote
- Work fluently in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting

Salary up to $125K plus bonus DOE
