CU Sales Director

We are looking for a talented CU Sales Director who will be
responsible for selling CUDL and AutoSMART products and any other
assigned CUDC products and services to credit union clients
throughout the assigned area. -Responsible for consistent
interaction with applicable CU Direct departments to foster an
exceptional sales process for CUDL and AutoSMART.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. - - -Identifies prospects and brings to contract new Credit
Union clients within a defined territory. Maintains prospect files
with updated information. Assess and understand prospective Credit
Union's 5300 report for pain points and opportunities. Holds an
informative discovery discussion with each interested client.
-Presents a catered solution to the potential client.
2. - - -Maximizes potential opportunities through frequent
professional interaction with marketing team members and other
departments to assist with Marketing/Prospecting, completing
Requests for Proposals, Riders and other necessary items to
properly secure and record new Credit Union sales. -Properly
introduces a signed client to the implementation team and stays
engaged to ensure a proper handoff. -Documents activity twice a
week within Salesforce.
3. - - -Attends, engages, presents at applicable industry events,
conventions and meetings.
4. - - -Demonstrates the behaviors aligned with each value with
clients and employees across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:
BA/BS degree or commensurate experience
Three years successful experience in indirect auto finance industry
or automotive digital retail marketing. Previous Salesforce
experience a plus.
Work independently with a high level of initiative
Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and
Specialized problem solving and trouble shooting skills in the
dealer business model.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel
Proficient in computer skills
Ability to travel
Must possess a valid driver's license
