Eckerd Connects partnered with the Local County School Districts of Pinellas and Polk counties Florida to serve as a DJJ Alternative School.This school model offers an array of services and interventions tools that are designed to help youth build needed skills to successfully and permanently exit the Juvenile Justice system. follow the link for more information about this program: - ConceptThe Manager of Licensed Clinical Services is responsible for supporting and delivery of high-quality programming in accordance with contract specifications, licensing regulation, State and Federal rule by reviewing all aspects of program delivery. -In addition, the position will serve as a back-up to the Licensed Clinical Case Managers at Strive Academy and Clinical Coordinators in Pathways, which will include monitoring of quality of peer clinical caseloads.Essential Functions

  • Develops a fidelity-maintenance plan for evidence-based and promising practice delinquency interventions and conducts, or schedules, training in accordance with contract requirements. -The Incumbent ensures fidelity to the evidence-based and promising practice, develops and implements successful corrective action plans, and collaborates with the evidence-based or promising practice program developers to ensure the successful and appropriate delivery of the curricula as well as other Eckerd Connect programs, as it relates to mental health and substance abuse treatment services. -
  • Embraces Eckerd Connects' Perpetual Performance Improvement initiative and assists with reporting on required treatment related data for the program's monthly scorecard. -
  • Monitors operations and training analysis functions. -The incumbent is responsible for verifying staff adheres to prescribed plans and the environment is conducive to learning for all participants. -Incumbent also ensures participants are provided with the supervision and guidance necessary to successfully complete the program curriculum.
  • Build program quality by visiting program sites, providing constructive feedback directly, as well as through written reports, and champion program improvement initiatives to upper management.
  • Review for accuracy participant records for each program as required by the funding source and licensing entity. -This includes but is not limited to assessments, progress notes, treatment records, reports and other program related information, as required.
  • Support to Licensed Clinical Case Management and Clinical Coordinator staff. -Ensuring that services meet Contract, License, State and Federal requirements.
  • Develops processes to monitor all treatment related programming for the client community and reports monthly status and findings to the Program Directors. -Additionally, will perform a formal quarterly review of clinical related records.
  • Responsible to participate in clinical related program audits and will work with the Quality Spoke of Eckerd Connects to respond to monitoring reports and corrective action development. -
  • Ability to work collaboratively with program staff and assists with overall strategic planning as it relates clinical and evidenced based practices across Florida contracted programs. - -
  • Responsible for the gathering and analyzing data for process improvement; assist in process action teams to determine needs for curriculum and /or process improvements. -
  • Understand working chain of command and notify the Program Director promptly of any concerns that might affect overall operations performance.
  • Possess the skillset to develop policies and procedures in collaboration with the Program Directors at Strive Academy and Pathways.
  • Assists management with special projects including procurements.Position SpecificationsEducation: - -MS/MA/MSW degree required, LMHC or LCSW licensure required. - -Experience: - -Minimum of One (1) year of professional experience working with an at-risk population or delinquent youth. - -Skills: - A sound understanding of case management, treatment planning, group dynamics, and experiential education. -Advanced oral and written communication skills.Other: - Must meet state criminal background check requirements.Travel: - Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes. -Must have and maintain an appropriate and valid state driver's license.Physical Demands: - Must be in good physical health. -Must be able to participate in youth activities, which includes recreational activities. -Must be able to pass a physical intervention evaluation that includes physical techniques and a written certification exam.
