A company is looking for a Manager, Backend Platform
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team focused on establishing scalable infrastructure and
promoting API-first development practices
Optimize scalable infrastructure, drive best practices, and support
the evolution of backend systems
Break down monolithic components and enable backend systems to
scale efficiently
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing
engineering teams
Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications,
automating CI/CD pipelines, and orchestrating complex systems in
cloud environments
Deep understanding of Git workflows and strong coding skills to
write scalable and maintainable code
Extensive experience architecting solutions for high-availability
environments
Committed to fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
within Agile frameworks
