Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services in multiple
elementary schools located in Bradenton, FL, through an on-site
contract position extending from ASAP through May 29, 2026. This
role supports diverse student populations, including those with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Early Special Education (ESE)
pre-kindergarten needs, and integrated pre-kindergarten classrooms.
The opportunity includes full-time and part-time schedules across
four schools, each with unique caseloads. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for speech
and language disorders within school settings. Collaborate with
teachers, support staff, and families to create and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet student needs.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and
clinical standards. Provide targeted support in Title 1 schools
with specialized classrooms for ASD and ESE. Adapt therapy
techniques to meet the developmental requirements of early
childhood through elementary-aged students. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Masters
degree preferred; candidates with Bachelors degree will also be
considered. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted;
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible for
this position. Experience working within school environments and
knowledge of special education requirements advantageous. Strong
communication skills and ability to work independently in on-site
school settings. Location Details:Bradenton, Florida serving four
elementary schools including Ballard, Sea Breeze, Harvey, and Abel
Elementary (Abel is a March start through May 29, 2026). Benefits
