Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Physical
Therapist position is available for the current school year to
provide services across multiple K-12 schools in the Lake County
area. This contract assignment involves supporting approximately
100 students with various physical therapy needs, distributed among
16 schools ranging from elementary to high school levels.
Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy evaluations, treatment,
and documentation according to individualized education plans
(IEPs) Collaborate with school staff, families, and other
professionals to support student progress Manage caseload
effectively across assigned schools, adjusting schedules as needed
Comply with district policies and complete required onboarding and
credentialing processes promptly Qualifications and Experience:
Valid professional physical therapist license in Florida Previous
school-based physical therapy experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple
school sites Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing and
onboarding requirements Flexibility to work an 8-hour day with a
30-minute unpaid break full-time, Monday through Friday Location:
Services will be delivered on-site across multiple schools in the
Lake County area, including elementary, middle, and high schools
serving diverse student populations Additional Details: Start date
ASAP through May 29, 2026 Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with
consistent daily schedules Contract position with a structured
onboarding process and ongoing support Professional development and
