Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the manufacture and sale of
paints and coatings, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service
Associate to join our Automotive Division. This role is pivotal in
providing outstanding support and service to our professional and
retail customers in the automotive sector. As a Customer Service
Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our
customers, helping to solve their queries and ensuring they receive
the best possible service. This position requires an individual who
can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who is passionate about
delivering exceptional customer experience every time. Respond
promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide information about products and services, take orders, and
process returns Maintain customer satisfaction by providing
problems resolution in a timely manner Document customer
interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,
complaints, and comments Work closely with the sales team to meet
sales objectives and support customer retention strategies Stay
informed about new products and services in the automotive coatings
sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong
organizational and time management skills Ability to work
effectively in a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
and CRM software Knowledge of automotive parts and service industry
