JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Service Representative interfaces
with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This
position will allow us to review each applicant for two different
Customer Service Representative roles that provides customer
service support and resolution of routine problems and questions
regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are

Representative, you will: Provide inbound customer support. Help
customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing
concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile. YOUR
QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine
compassion will deliver value and success with every customer
interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service
Representative role include: Must have a high school diploma or
equivalent 2 years of customer service experience required
Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by
asking probing questions Demonstrate experience & ability to
utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for
residence Opportunity 1 : Prior experience with financial support
including knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit &
credit) Opportunity 2 : Previous experience in fashion or apparel
support, in retail or call center environment. You should have a
genuine passion for the apparel and fashion industry and its

with: The base salary range for this position is $18.00, plus

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications,
skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available
