Concentrix, a global leader in technology-enabled business services, is seeking a dedicated Collections Representative to join our Financial Services team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. As a Collections Representative, you will be entrusted with managing overdue accounts and facilitating payment resolutions to enhance our business performance while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service. Contacting customers via phone, email, and other communication methods to discuss and resolve overdue accounts. Negotiating payment plans and settlements that align with company policies and client needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Providing excellent customer service, listening to customer concerns and handling customer complaints in a professional manner. Meeting monthly recovery and performance targets set by the company. Collaborating with other departments to facilitate the seamless resolution of account disputes. Educating customers on their account terms, billing cycles, and payment options. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and collections software Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Good time management and planning skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Collections Management, ACA International membership, or similar is advantageous.
