Inspiring others to make every moment count. The In-House Marketing
Representatives primary objective is to persuade qualified In-house
guests to participate in a sales presentation during their stay on
the property. They are responsible for exceeding the guests and
owners’ expectations after check-in by providing resort and area
information. The representative must maintain the utmost of
integrity and provide a “World Class” experience to owners and
guests with every interaction. Must be independently motivated and

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: Responsible for identifying and
scheduling qualified tours for our team of sales consultants. The
representative will participate in a proactive team effort to
achieve departmental and company goals. The representative is
expected to provide a high-quality and warm experience to our
guests and members. Must maintain constant communication with the
Director of In-House Marketing for all exceptions and events.
Selling of attraction tickets and scheduling of transportation
services for guests and members. Must have absolute and thorough
knowledge of area/resort information and directions.
QUALIFICATIONS: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who
thrives in a dynamic environment. A strong commitment to
exceptional guest service and creating positive interactions. Must
have reliable transportation. Highly self-motivated and
independent, while also excelling in collaborative team
environments. Possesses strong persuasive interpersonal skills to
effectively gain guest acceptance of ideas, plans, activities,
services, or products. Excellent customer service. Strong oral
communication skills. Strong cash handling skills. Timeshare sales
