more. As a Wireless Customer Service Associate with Battle
Marketing and Management , you’ll help customers navigate their
wireless service needs with confidence, care, and a can-do
attitude. Whether to activate devices, resolve customer service
concerns, or guide someone through their first upgrade, your role
in every interaction is extremely vital. The Duties of a Wireless
Customer Service Associate: Addressing customer questions regarding
the features and functionalities of various wireless devices,
explaining different service plans and their associated costs, and
clarifying billing statements to ensure customer understanding and
satisfaction. Guiding customers through the process of setting up
and activating new wireless devices, diagnosing and resolving
technical issues related to their wireless service, and providing
ongoing support to ensure seamless connectivity. Informing
customers about opportunities to upgrade their devices or modify
their service plans, clearly explaining the available options and
any associated benefits or limitations, and presenting promotional
offers in an engaging and positive manner. Paying close attention
to customer concerns, understanding their perspectives, and taking
swift and appropriate action to address their issues and find
suitable solutions. Documenting all customer service
communications, detailing the nature of their inquiries or issues,
and ensuring that any unresolved cases are properly tracked and
followed up on until a resolution is reached. Embodying the values
and image of Lumen through their conduct, maintaining a positive
and helpful attitude in all customer service interactions, and
possessing a comprehensive understanding of the company's wireless
products and services.
