Reliance Medical Centers is a Primary Care Medical Group aimed at improving the healthcare needs of senior adults in Central Florida. We are a growing entrepreneurial company headquartered in Lakeland with medical centers in Polk and Hillsborough counties. Our audience is value-based Medicare Advantage recipients, and our goal is to be their preferred and selected primary care doctor's office.We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding in-house marketing department during an exciting time when we are experiencing rapid growth. This individual will be responsible for managing a set of projects and assisting the VP of Marketing with current marketing promotions, campaigns, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is very creative, highly organized and works well in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities will include social media posting, copywriting, management of corporate promotional items, management of printed marketing materials, third-party vendor relations, some event coordination and assisting the Marketing Team as needed to develop and deploy marketing assets and reports that support the Sales Team, Operations Department, Executive Leadership and Clinical Staff.DUTIES:

  • Support the VP of Marketing with marketing strategy, marketing reporting, marketing research, goals, campaigns, outcomes, budget, and expenses
  • Assist with social media posts; eventually managing social media posts
  • Ongoing personnel spotlights, profiles, highlights to share on social media
  • Management of all corporate promotional items (coordinate internal requests, recommend items, price, order, distribute, manage inventory)
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Ongoing internal and external verbal and written communication
  • Strong creative writing skills; drafting, proofing, editing for multiple channels/mediums
  • Ongoing brand audit - review Reliance website, brochures, etc. and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate printing of brochures and additional collateral items
  • Liaison between marketing department and other Reliance departments; internal point of contact
  • Point of contact for outside marketing vendors
  • Assist with press releases and public relations
  • Assist with signage management (in-center signs, way-finding, wall art, snipe signs, etc.)
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with innovative creative ideas
  • Assist with management of marketing team expenses
  • Ongoing competitive research in our market and industry as well as staying ahead of trends
  • Ensuring that the digital files of the shared marketing folder are organized and up to date
  • Managing the status of current projects to ensure that the marketing team is aware of action items and meets deadlinesEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSES:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
    • At least one year of experience as a marketing coordinator or in similar related role
    • Experience managing Google Business Profile
    • Not required but preferred experience:
    • Photography / Photo Editing
    • Videography / Video Editing
    • Graphic Design
    • Experience with a CRM (i.e. HubSpot)
    • Experience in the Healthcare Industry
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with various marketing platforms and reporting on the results
    • Experience with Digital Marketing (Google, Facebook Ads, Eblasts, etc.) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
      • Creative-minded; able to assist the team with the development of marketing headlines, ads, messaging, and campaigns
      • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, marketing channels, branding, and trends
      • Posting on social media for a business entity
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
      • Internal digital project management (i.e., ClickUp)
      • Inventory management (printed materials, event items, marketing equipment, promotional items, etc.)
      • Basic accounting skills; reporting marketing expenses
      • Proficient with note taking, status updates, meeting agendas
      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong time management skills
      • Able to perform and work well as part of team
      • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
      • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with various tasks that contribute to the improvement of the marketing, to the success of the team and to the growth and profitability of the company
      • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is preferred
