(TEMP) North Port, FL We are currently seeking an Apartment Leasing
Consultant for a small apartment community in North Port, FL . This
is a temporary position only (no set end date). Pay: • $17–$18/hour
(DOE) Schedule: • Monday–Friday • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position
Details: • TEMP position – no end date at this time • Small
property environment • Leasing and front office support • Customer
service and resident interaction • Answer phones, take messages,
and assist walk-ins • Assist with applications and basic paperwork
• Enter work orders and support daily office operations Preferred
(Not Required): • Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience •
Leasing or property management background Qualifications: • Strong
customer service skills • Professional and reliable • Organized and
detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a small office setting
