Miracle-Ear is America's leading hearing aid company. For over 70 years we have been providing our patients with solutions that enhance their quality of life. We are now interviewing for a friendly, happy, motivated professional to run the front desk in our Winter Haven clinic. Must be available to work full-time 8:30-5 pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime required. No phone calls - apply online only.

You should be neat, bubbly, organized, with great computer skills and references.

Previous experience in high volume medical, retail, or call center is helpful. You will be scheduling appointments, working with insurance, marketing, performing data entry, and interacting with our patients and their hearing aids to provide a world class customer service experience. Sales minded professionals encouraged to apply. We offer a base pay + bonuses and commissions as well as a full benefits package including PTO, insurance, and a matching 401K retirement plan.
