Job Description:

Sunbelt Worksite Marketing is an insurance broker based in Lakeland, FL, we are currently seeking an individual to assist with daily data entry, printing, office paperwork, answering the phone and other miscellaneous office clerical duties such as scheduling appointments. We work in a team environment that requires a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.Strong Microsoft Office experience is essential, especially in Excel. Organized and detail-oriented with a desire to continuously learn and improve.Duties: Maintaining spreadsheetsEntering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the dataPhone and in person receptionGreeting clientsScheduling insurance appointmentsGeneral clerical support such as data entry and filingThe flexibility to be cross trained in other positionsOffice support specialist role: Clerical support of the general nature; provides independent office support assistance with emphasis on the full range of clerical duties: typing, data entry, filing, phone and front desk reception, processing forms and maintaining supplies; may assist an Administrative support specialist, administrative specialist or administrative coordinator with specific tasks; may provide ongoing computer technology support; does related work as required.Crossed trained to assist Account Manager: An account representative serves as the primary contact between clients and their company. Account representatives maintain existing customer accounts while also working to create a new account. Key responsibilities of an account representative include:-- Familiarizing yourself with all current company accounts-- Communication with clients and resolving client issues or complaints-- Monitoring company and business email, messages and other communication systems and promptly responding to clients-- Creating and distributing invoices and recording all transactions relating to client payments-- Collaborating internally across multiple company departments including marketing, accounting and managementSkills and Qualifications: Strong Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, and strong typing and data entry skills, Organization, and problem-solving skills necessary.The right candidate should have strong communication skills, with a friendly phone voice and positive attitude. Willingness to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances and expectations. Ability to work to time constraintsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to FridayEducation:
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:
      • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
