Lambert's Cable Splicing, LLC is an established utility contractor providing a variety of services to the telecommunications industry. These services include engineering, design, installation, and maintenance for all phases of inside and outside voice, video and data networks. We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant, in our Plant City, FL office. THIS WILL BE A TEMPORARY POSITION

Overview:

Lambert's Cable Splicingis seeking an experienced, AdministrativeAssistant for our Plant City, FL office. Successful candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel .

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing documents turned in from the field
  
• Electronically mark up the original design prints with the field notes
  
• Compile photos turned in and turn them into a collage
  
• Determine if information is missing and submit a detailed explanation of what is missing from what job and which page
  
• Work with the field to gather missing information
  
• Other clerical duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Quickly adapt to new technologies
    
  • Customer Service skills
    
  • Strong Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
    
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
    
  • Must be willing to work with a temp agency
    
  • Ability to pass drug & background screenings
    
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
