Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to join their accounting
and finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger
activities
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance
sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure
consistency, transparency, and compliance across the
organization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a stand-alone
company
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
Experience in successfully implementing and optimizing Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems
