Full Job DescriptionSERVPRO of NE Hillsborough County / Plant City is looking for qualified candidates to fill a bookkeeping role within our rapidly expanding organization.This qualified candidate will assist our Controller with basic day to day financial transactions, complete posting process, and other tasks including, but not limited the listing below. Preference will be given to those who have an Associates or Bachelors degree and at least 2 years experience with Quickbooks Online. This position requires a lot of attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:APARAccount ReconciliationJournal EntriesAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsAssist in processing lien releasesReconcile bank statements, credit card purchase statements, merchant service monthly reports,SkillsProficient with Quickbooks OnlineKnowledge of field service management softwareUnderstanding of general accounting principlesProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskSolid understanding of GAAP.
