Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Retail Investment Officer/Financial Advisor DEPARTMENT: Citizens Financial Group a subsidiary of Citizens Bank & Trust CLASSIFICATION: Exempt REPORTING RELATIONSHIP POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Wealth Management POSITIONS SUPERVISED : CFG Administrative Assistant POSITION SUMMARY Manage and supervise all CFG operations and personnel. . ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct investment business for retail and commercial bank customers. Maintain existing client retention and banking center relationships. Manage CFG business plans & personnel Maintain relationship with broker-dealer and other service vendors Monitor regulatory changes as pertains to bank program OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Securities and Insurance licenses --- 7, 63, 65, Life Health & Variable Annuity. Investment management experience Bank Program marketing knowledge Strategic & Financial Planning SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise all licensed persons and support staff EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE B.A. --- Finance or Accounting 5 Years Bank Investment Program Experience 2 Years Investment Supervisory Experience QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to multi-task Must be able to make sound decisions within scope of job Must possess written and oral skills to give presentations Must be well organized, accurate and detail oriented Must have the ability to adapt to change Must have good time management skills Must be cooperative and willing to assist others Must be able to work independently as well as with others Must be familiar with Windows, Microsoft word and Excel PHYSICAL DEMANDS No unusual physical demands required for this job.
