Job Description Looking for both Full Time and Part Time
positions for our "Customer Engagement" team. On-site and Remote
opportunities available with Central/Southwest Florida. Job
Summary: The mission of this department is to create a one of a
kind, tailored customer service experience for each one of our
customers. The Engagement Generalist will be challenged to provide
a high quality; expansive interaction for all four of the Crews
brands within our bank family of banks. The Engagement Generalist
will be friendly, professional, and able to quickly research
customer questions and work toward resolution. Some examples of
customer needs may be but not limited to, deposit servicing
questions, loan servicing questions, digital banking questions,
etc. No two calls are alike just as no two customers are alike.
Complies with all federal and state laws and regulations as well as
internal policies and procedures of the Bank including the Program
for Community Reinvestment (CRA), and the Code of Conduct and Crews
Basics. All employees are expected to comply with these
responsibilities as they relate specifically to their jobs and
their performance will be evaluated on the attainment of objectives
set for compliance responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Follows
the Mission, Vision, Values and Crews Basics established for the
organization Receives and fields all incoming calls placed to any
of the four Crews Bank Brands. Strives to connect with customers in
an effort to resolve the customer---s questions or concerns in an
accurate and efficient manner. Researches and resolves customer
inquiries at the point of inquiry. Proficient in the use of the
Microsoft suite of products, Internet Based Applications, and
internal Reports Databases. Evaluates customer needs through the
use of open questions. Participates in sales, service and product
training meetings. Committed to gaining knowledge, skills and
experience on an ongoing basis in order to better serve the
customer, and increase in personal satisfaction in position.
Follows policies and procedures related to retail banking areas.
Possesses a broad knowledge base of different deposit or loans
related topics including but not limited to overdraft philosophies,
ownership of accounts, titling of accounts, check card procedures,
rates and routine customer service issues. Also should have
knowledge of varying rates, fees and regulatory information.
Performs all duties in compliance with state and federal
regulations and internal policies and procedures as is applicable
to the position. Minimum Skill Requirements and Background: 2 years
of banking experience preferred; Knowledge and experience with JHA
core, a plus 1 year of retail delivery or sales experience
preferred Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative,
flexible and team oriented work environment. Strong verbal and
written communication skills are crucial. May include Saturday
schedule Education and Experience: High School Diploma or
equivalent required. Knowledge of all retail products and services.
Prior work experience in banking desired. Above average computer
and keyboard skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a
