Job Description:

HRH Search is an executive search firm seeking exceptional talent for our valued clients. We have partnered with certain top public accounting firms and corporations by identifying and recruiting diverse individuals to join their teams across Florida in the Tampa, Orlando, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami markets. We are currently recruiting Tax professionals ranging from Senior Associate through Director. Candidates will be focused a range of responsibilities including assisting both the Firm's staff tax team and external clients. Manager and above roles will also involve some business development responsibilities and managing the engagement to ensure strong engagement profitability and metrics. Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• Master's degree in Tax preferred
  Experience:
  • Three (3) to ten (12) years work experience
  • Prior staff supervisory experience
  • Strong tax compliance and/or ASC 740 background
  • Experience with preparation/review of Federal corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships and state taxation
    License/Certifications:
    • Licensed CPA (Active)
      Software:
      • Experience in the use of tax software and related research tools
      • Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
        Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Excellent people development and delegation skills
        • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
        • Able to work well in a team environment
